Pre-Registration on the AAPS MoodleIn the event that our classes become full, we will use the pre-registration date and time for starting a wait list for full classes. Students will need to access the AAPS Moodle web site to pre-register for a summer online class.

OrientationsStudents are required to attend orientation. Parents are welcome but not required to attend. Students will receive access to their online class at the orientation and not before. Orientation Sessions Orientations for Online Classes
Orientations for Blended Online Classes
Proctored TestingProctored Testing is when a student completes a test from their online class in the presence of an online summer instructor. All midterm and final exams must be proctored. All students must have their midterm proctored no later than July 12th and their final exam proctored no later than July 31st. Students may select the proctored test session that fits their schedule. Students may arrive at any time during the test session as long as they are able to complete the test by the ending time. Wednesday July 3rd: 8:00 am –11:00 am Wednesday July 10th : 11:30 am – 2:30 pm Friday July 12th : 8:00 am –11:00 am One proctored test must be completed by July 12th. Wednesday July 17th : 11:30 am – 2:30 pm Friday July 19th : 8:00 am –11:00 am Wednesday July 24th : 11:30 am – 2:30 pm Friday July 26th : 8:00 am –11:00 am Tuesday July 30th : 11:30 am – 2:30 pm Wednesday July 31st : 8:00 am –11:00 am All proctored testing must be completed by July 31st. TransportationTransportation to the orientation, proctored tests, and face-to-face meetings is not provided by the Ann Arbor Public Schools. The AATA will run all summer. AATA bus schedules will be available during registration. Step 2: Print the Pre-Registration Form. Student and parent must sign the form. Step 3: Register and Pay Fee Bring your signed pre-registration form to the Summer School registration at Huron High School. Submit your pre-registration form and tuition fee of $250 (non-AAPS students is $300) during the hours below. Step 4: Student and Parent/Guardian Attend an Orientation |
Note: Students may only enroll in a total of 2 summer classes. All summer classes count for the total. For example, a student may not take 1 traditional class and 2 CR classes.

Available Summer 2013 Online Courses
The courses listed below are available for students to take this summer. If a course contains A/B, this means the course is a year long course and the A indicates first semster (.5 credit) and B indicates second semester (.5 credit). Students can register for both semester or just one of the semesters. Students are allowed to take up to 1.0 credit in summer school, which is two semester long courses.

Tuition:
- $250 in-district per semester course, scholarships are available; $300 out-of-district
- Students registering for both semesters of a year long online math course will pay $250 at registration and then the other $250 when they start the next course. In order to complete the second semester, students will need to finish the first semester course by July 19th. This only applies to online math since students can not work on both semesters concurrently.
