Celebration of Excellence  Employee recognition program. As Needed Patalan
Transportation Safety  Advisory committee to the Board of Education, the Ann Arbor City Council and, in a less formal manner, other governmental units including the Pittsfield Township Trustees and the Washtenaw County Road commission.  This committee investigates, identifies and recommends remedy to assure the safety. A nonprofit organization created in 1997 by a small and diverse group of teens to foster youth initiative and increase youth representation in the service and decision-making life of our community.  Board representation by invitation. Quarterly on Saturdays Lightfoot
Health Place 101 Advisory Committee.  Health Place 101 is a part of the University of Michigan Regional Alliance for Healthy Schools (RAHS) and has been in existence since 1996 with a goal of improving children's overall well-being and success in school. TBD Baskett

Serves as district board representative.  Attends Annual Meeting in September and the budget review meeting (in March or April).  Also may attend the Roundtable discussions (2x/year) and Legislative Breakfasts (3x/year), although an alternate may be sent.   Nelson
