AAPS Planning Calendar
You can access the AAPS Planning Calendar via two methods:
- the interactive Google calendar below
or
- download the Planning Calendar as a PDF (195kb PDF)
While we provide a PDF file of the calendar for your convenience, we recommend you subscribe to the calendar below to ensure you have the most up-to-date version of the calendar - there are occasional updates to the calendar throughout the year, and the PDF file will not reflect those updates.
The Planning Calendar includes the District Calendar, Religious Days, and District-Wide School Events (i.e. Curriculum/Capsule Nights, End of Year Events), Staff Days, Staff Meeting Days, and Testing Dates. You can choose which events to view on the grid by clicking the 
button to the right of the Agenda tab, and checking or unchecking the calendars listed.

How to Subscribe

iCal Click the ICAL icon below for each calendar you wish to subscribe to (the grid calendar above displays five different calendars: the AAPS District Calendar, the District-wide School Events (which includes curriculum/capsule nights and end-of-year events), the Staff Days Calendar, the Staff Meeting Days Calendar, and the Religious Calendar.) |
Google Calendar Click the "+Google Calendar" button in the lower right corner of the calendar above; a window will pop up allowing you to choose which of the six calendars you would like to add to your Google Calendar. |
