  1. What is this about a scale model?
    This means that all of the planets are made to the scale of 1mm=2,000km. or 1cm=20,000km. The Earth is about 12,000km and so should be about 6mm.


  2. What does my child do with these planets?
    Now your student must set up their model at home to that same scale. We have already done this at school, and if they really understand it they should be able to explain it to you.
