| Chair Responsibilities: Organize entry forms and set up guidelines for a mind/science fair event. Coordinate classroom visits during schooldays. Coordinate and train volunteer parents to interview the kids about their projects. Plan open house reception for families and friends to view projects on Thursday evening. |
| Volunteers Needed: 5 volunteers needed to help with set-up. 20 volunteers needed to interview exhibitors during the school day on both Wednesday and Thursday. Many volunteers needed to bring snacks for Thrusday evening reception. 4 volunteers needed to help out the Thursday evening with take-down and cleanup. |
