Needed for Class:

Math notebook, Math folder, Pencil, sharpener, eraser, Correcting pen, simple calculator for homework, Planner 

Homework:                                   

Students will have homework assigned regularly.  Math problems should be done in pencil and corrections in colored pen. Markers and felt tip pens should not be used. Homework assignments should take no more than 30 minutes. Late assignments can be turned in up to one week late but will be reduced 20% each day.

6th Grade Approximate Category Weights:  

Classwork and Homework      45%

Assessments                        55%

 

7th Grade Approximate Category Weights:  

Classwork and Homework     40%

Assessments                       60%


Students who score below 70% on assessments will have the opportunity to earn recovery points.
