BE WILLING TO ADMIT YOUR MISTAKES
Nobody is perfect. You are likely to make a few mistakes. It is important you learn from your mistakes so that they do not occur again.

Know the company structure and who is at the top. If you have a problem or concern, be sure to follow the chain of command.
GET ALONG WELL WITH YOUR SUPERVISOR AND FELLOW EMPLOYEES.
Getting along with the person who evaluates you is an important key to job success.
What Do My Co-Workers Expect of Me?
LEARN YOUR JOB AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
Work should be done on time and error free, once your job duties are learned.
ACCEPT CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM
Listen carefully to your supervisor's suggestions.
Thank co-workers for their advice, but be sure it does not conflict with company policy or your supervisor's position.
MAINTAIN A BUSINESS-LIKE ATTITUDE
Get along with everyone. Keep your temper even if someone is rude to you. Be courteous.

Dress Appropriately for the job.
Practice excellent personal hygiene.
BE COOPERATIVE
You may have to bend a little for the good of the group.
