Objectives: Cooperation, Quickness, Focus, Listening Skills, Cardiovascular Exercise
Equipment: Two Cones, Two Balls (Tennis balls or other balls of similar size)
Set- Up: Place the two cones on either side of the center circle. Place each of the two balls on one of the cones
Presentation: Students are placed on a group. Each group is placed on one of the two baselines and is assigned a cone. Each group has an equal number of students. Each student on each side is given a number. Teacher calls out a number and the student whose number has been called runs out and grabs their ball off the cone their side has been assigned. The student runs back to their group and hands the ball to a student on either side of the line of students standing on the baseline. They then run around the line as the ball is passed down the line of students from student to student. When the ball reaches the end of the line it is handed back to the student whose number was called, they run back to their cone place the ball on the cone and return to their place on the baseline. If they do this before the other groups player they receive one point.
