If there are classes missing on a transcript, it's usually because there is an error on the Credit Type for the missing class. For any course to appear on the transcript, the Credit Type list must include HS in addition to any other graduation requirement types that apply to that class. Courses rolled to history from within PowerSchool or created using a current course number should cause the credit types to be automatically applied. To see what credit types are entered for a given course, check the Detail View under Historical Grades. The most common error with GPAs comes when a manually entered or edited record omits the earned credit. The second most common mistake is a mismatch of the GPA points to the updated grade. To check these, go to historical grades and click on a grade to see the detail screen for that particular mark. |
