Patricia Na is the owner of Helping Hand Computer Solutions. She makes her living helping people with their computer problems. She has taught Windows-based computer classes for Rec & Ed since 2000. Her other passion is bunnies and in the spring she teaches a rabbit care class.

Jim Monkiewicz has been involved with Mac computers since the mid 1980's. He is active in MacTechnics, the local Mac user support group, and keeps up-to-date on all the latest operating systems and software.  Professionally Jim leads technical training workshops. He is currently offering private lessons through Rec & Ed. and some classes on using Apple products.
