Design and Run Your Own Restaurant!!

Calling on all Cooks and Waiters! Bring your apron and tray.
Campers become managers, hosts, cooks and waiters as you journey behind the scenes and into the exciting world of restaurants.
Become an expert in customer service and food safety and hygiene as you learn the ins and outs of the eating business.
Field trips to local restaurants will assist in the learning and research of restaurant etiquette, nutrition and food critique.
Campers will create a restaurant theme, design uniforms, menus and décor.
