Bully proofing

Ages 3-12 years with parent.  This is a unique opportunity for you to learn and bond together with your child in a physical activity that stresses fun, fitness, and fundamentals.    Your child will become more self confident, learn self control, all while improving your parent-child relationship. They will develop physical problem-solving skills that can transfer to many areas of their lives.  We use play-based activities and role-playing to practice Judo/Jujitsu based self-defense techniques.  Most martial arts programs rely on striking the attacker with violent punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, but we take a different approach.  All the techniques are purely defensive and avoid striking.  We look forward to providing you and your child with a memorable learning experience.Instructor: Frank Gerlitz, PhD. 5 Blackbelt Judo, 7 Blackbelt Jujitsu, EMU Judo club. 7 weeks.

Class meets 6/22 -8/3 - Saturday

You will notice an increase in your child’s confidence and grappling skill within a few weeks..  Instructor: Frank Gerlitz, PhD. 5 Blackbelt Judo, 7 Blackbelt Jujitsu. EMU Judo club. 7 weeks
