Parent permission to AAPS for videotaping, recording and/or photographs of your student that may be published, displayed, distributed or broadcast outside by the District or third parties with District consent. This document also includes yearbook and school directory inclusion. Only incoming 6th grade or newly enrolled students are required to sign and bring to Fall Registration. |
