*Retakes will be offered to students so that they can improve their level of mastery.
**Students will be allowed to resubmit work to show improvement in their level of

    3 - Quizzes (CMP2 and teacher created)*

Category weights

Grades will be based on the following weighted scale.

Overall breakdown :
Classwork - 10%
Homework - 10%
Quizzes (including check-ups)- 30%
Assessments(including tests and projects) - 50%

EXTRA CREDIT - Extra credit will not be offered to improve a students grade as
this leads to grade inflation. Extra Work could be given to those who ask for it,
but it will not be counted toward their grade.

Late Work - Late work is accepted with a 20% deduction from the overall score.
